1. DATA CONTROLLER
In accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”), your personal data may be processed by FABARSA MACHINERY TECHNOLOGIES (“Company”) as the data controller within the scope explained below.
2. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
Your collected personal data will be processed for the purposes of carrying out the necessary work by our business units to benefit you from the products and services offered by our Company; customizing and recommending the products and services offered by our Company to you according to your tastes, usage habits and needs; and ensuring the legal and commercial security of our Company and the persons in business relationship with our Company.
3. TRANSFER OF PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data may be transferred to our business partners, suppliers, legally authorized public institutions and private persons within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, in line with the realization of the above-mentioned purposes.
4. METHOD AND LEGAL REASON FOR DATA COLLECTION
Your personal data is collected by our Company through different channels (website, physical forms, contracts, etc.) and based on different legal reasons; for the purpose of developing the products and services we offer and carrying out our commercial activities.
5. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
In accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK, everyone has the right to apply to the data controller and learn whether personal data regarding them is processed, request information if processed, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose, know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad, and request correction if it is incomplete/incorrectly processed.

To exercise your above-mentioned rights, you can submit your request containing your explanations regarding the right you request to use from the rights specified in Article 11 of the KVKK, along with the necessary information identifying your identity, in writing to our Company.
